It's a Fan and it Oscillates.
It's a fan and it oscillates and it clips on. That's it. I doesn't have the flexibility to be maneuvered in various angles to be more directional. It is lacking the ability to hang upside down and be directed. It was to replace one I have and after much looking I thought it fit the need but it didn't. I probably should have sent it back but in the heat of this summer, some air flow was better than none.
Good fan
I really like this fan and would definitely buy again. It moves a lot of air for a small fan. The clip is designed so that you can hang the fan from a nail or clip it onto something.
Great grip, quiet fan
The clip on this is just what we were looking for and the fan is a lot quieter than most that we have used before.
