Fits perfectly!
I own a Whirlpool Whispure Tower Air Purifier, APT40010R and was in need of these pre-filters.
Went ahead and ordered a set in spite of the bad reviews.
The filters came sealed together in a bag and fit perfectly in to the grill cover.
I highly recommend buying these other then paying full price from a retailer.
I will buy another set next year!
Needed to cut to fit, and poor quality
In addition to having to cut to fit the adverised size, my VOC light has lit up and not gone out since putting in the second filter.
Did not fit
I purchased these because the description said it would fit APT40010R model from whirlpool. I received the package 5 days after I had ordered them, which it was $4.99 shipping that wasn't even worth that. I open up the packaging and black soot came out with it. I then tried to place one of the filters inside of the campartment and it was too big! Considering I really needed them because the one I had needed replacemnet immediately, I cut it to make it fit. So disappointed that I spent my money on these and the shipping was outrageous!
