Does what it's supposed to do
It does exactly what it says it will do! Replacing the filter allowed me to reclaim my very expensive vacuum that I was just about ready to throw away. The only reason I'm not giving it five stars is the price. For a couple of bucks less, I'd rate it 5 stars.

My first "system" clean.....It is a little intimidating when you don't know what you are doing and I honestly held off until I knew I had enough free time to fix any mistakes I made. Well, I have to report that it could not have been easier. I followed the directions and the machine did the rest. There are some things to keep in mind to make it go smoothly. First, make sure the water container is full. Second, make sure you have a big enough container to hold a mug of water. Also, the grounds container fills up to the rim with water, so when it is finished, CAREFULLY pull out the tray to avoid spillage. Keep in mind that it goes on and off many times while it is cleaning itself. The process takes about 15 minutes or so. Be patient.....and, because I am a little OCDish, I made a full cup and tossed it. That gives me 185 more drinks before I have to do it again. I have one more cleaning tablet left, so it looks like I'll have to get some more. If they are not too...

Technivorm Moccamaster KBTS - 1 Liter Thermal Brewer

Pricey, but it does perform
I've had one of these for a couple of years now. It consistently brews great coffee, from 1 to about 5 cups.
It brews a full pot very quickly, in maybe 5 minutes, at a great temperature.
The metal thermal carafe keeps the coffee warm for 2 hours or more.
It has a very large footprint and very thick cord, which could be an issue if you've limited counterspace.
The price is steep (thank you for the gift, dear wife) and Amazon's price is pretty much what it costs anywhere.
But if you spend the money to buy really good coffee, and maybe grind the beans yourself, this will get you the true, best taste from your efforts.
If you want a less-expensive coffeemaker that seems to come close to this, check out the BONAVITA BV-1800 AUTOMATIC COFFEE BREWER.

The Technivorm Moccamaster is a marvel. And, believe me, I did enough research beforehand to assure myself that such a description was probably true, just on account of the price. Woo! I have never paid so much for a coffeemaker! I have, however, owned 8 of them in 30 years. That's just not right. What I knew going in was that none of the 8 coffeemakers I have owned measured up to this one --some because the technology/market demand wasn't "there" yet and others because they just aren't as good, even though they had major brand recognition and lots of rave reviews and some even worked pretty well.

The most important thing I have learned during all my years of coffeeholism is something I learned doing this research: The water that brews your coffee has to be between 195-205 degrees; otherwise, there's virtually no possibility that the flavor can be extracted from the ground beans. My Masterful Moccamaster
The Technivorm Moccamaster KTBS is a simple brewer: it has no grinder, no clock, no auto-brew function and no prompt to decalcify or clean the machine. It is simple. It is uncomplicated.

It has an on/off switch, a toggle on the basket that controls flow rate (no flow, medium flow and full flow), and a button that does not allow the machine to brew until the carafe is in place depressing the button. The number of features is underwhelming.

The Technivorm Moccamaster KTBS is not a particularly good-looking machine--at least not initially. The Bunn Phase Brewer is a dazzling-looking machine with nearly all of the features mentioned above. The KTBS is a short, squat machine that doesn't have the counter appeal of the Phase or many other brewers. The KTBS is simply the better brewer.

Iron-A-Way Handi-Press Surface/Wall Mount Ironing Board Center

Overall, very handy and attractive.
This ironing board has been great so far. We needed something that would take up as little room as possible and also be very unobtrusive. It has been great on both counts. The craftsmanship of the door is great but they used staples instead of nails for the outside trim, which looks a bit shoddy. You can't really see it unless you examine it closely but it still bothers me. (The color of the side trim is also a bit green compared to the front; I'm hoping that will be fixed by a layer of stain.)

We were a bit leery about the whole thing being held by just one screw (in a metal stud) but it appears to be very stable. The unit is very heavy and holding it up against the wall made installation was tricky.

Handi-Press Surface Mount Ironing Board
This Handi-Press Surface Mount Ironing Board is well made and easy to install....You just need to measure carefully and install it into a stud with the 2 large screws. The box is nicely finished and only needs to be stained or painted. I found the "recessed" type of board in Home furnishing stores but you need to cut through a wall for that type of board. I'm glad I found a "surface mounted" board like this one. This surface mounted ironing board is great for apartments...no need to hire an installer.

Great Product!
This is one of those "why didn't I think of that?" products!
It is sturdy, well built, and easily attaches to the wall.
The directions are printed on the box, and are very accurate.
They allow you to choose a comfortable height for the ironing chores.
Obviously this is a space saver too -- but it's so much more.
Five stars and a salute to a great idea!

This little guy is SMALL. I like that it can easily be packed into a suitcase and not take up hardly any room. All you need is a regular water bottle up to 22 oz and it should work just fine. It comes with an adapter for overseas or where the electric current is not the standard 110. It's designed with travel in mind.

Totally easy to work. I filled a water bottle about 1/2 way up with tap water (though distilled would be best to avoid scale), pushed the water bottle adapter on the end of the bottle and then placed the whole thing in the hole on top of the unit. Water poured into it's reservoir for a few seconds and then stopped when it got full. It doesn't leak at all and it worked like a charm. I was surprised that a soft steam was emitted with a second after turning it on. However, I could not notice any difference when I turned the knob on the end from minimum to maximum steam output. This is really small and lightweight humidifier.

Comes with black pouch which makes it easier to travel with. It's well made but there are some cons:
- very easy to tip over, even with extending legs, that are on both sides on the bottom; first time I used it and water was all over!
- the bottle is not securely attached so be cautious when moving around,
- the tank can not be 100% full or humidifier won't produce any mist; you have to remove some of it,
- the mist does not go all the way up (like most humidifiers) and I use small towel on my nightstand to prevent any damage from humidity,
- to feel any relief from the mist it must run for a while and be close to the face.
- I'm not sure if I would pay $50, maybe $30 max with tax.

I started to use it for the whole night and I sleep on my side where I can feel the mist. I am currently 8 months pregnant and with the heat in the house my nose is dry. This humidifier helps to sleep and...

Have used for travel for three weeks now
At first I was disappointed with this unit, as it was moody on whether mist came out, and when it did the mist went right down the front side instead of blowing out. I accidentally discovered a trick. If you prop up the front end just a little (I use two poker chips), the mist pours out, and it blows away from the unit towards me where I need the humidity for clogged sinuses in dry hotel rooms. I also used to sleep with the hotel fan on because I like white noise but that greatly affects the mist stream. Now I use a white noise app on my cell phone combined with this unit and I sleep great with no congestion in the morning.

Shark Vac Then Steam Mop, Mv2010

Not as thorough as expected
The water storage for the steam doesn't hold enough to complete a large 13X18 room.
The vacuum is strong enough, however, it would be nice to have suction on the edges in order to clean corners, etc.
It is convenient for the average person but if you have knee or low back weakness it can be a challenge.
I think the more that I use it the easier it will be and once my floors are regularly groomed my satisfaction will improve.
It was delivered 3 days ago and has been used three days.

Love it!
I love this shark vac/steam! It is easy to use, and cleans my floors wonderfully! I had the steam mop, but have pets who shed,and thought I'd try the vac/steam, and that solved my problem. I would highly recommend this product!

Black & Decker Replacement Filters for FHV1200 Vacuum 4-Pack

Works Great
I actually bought the Vacuum at a local retailer and love it, but they do not carry the filters. So far one filter will last several months and can be taken out and cleaned by banging on the side of the trash can. I have cats and use this to vacuum up fur and kitty litter. A must have for cat owners!

Smith's Abrasives Deluxe Knife/Scissor Sharpener

Handy knife sharpener
I've been packing my own paring knife in a toothbrush holder to take to the vacation beach house, because the knives there are always a ragged mess from being jammed into the dishwasher with all the other flatware. This year, I packed this little knife shapener.
It folds flat, and doesn't take up much room in a suitcase, or a kitchen drawer. One reviewer here complained about having to hold the handle to keep it steady. I actually like that. Holding the handle above the sharpening part keeps my fingers out of harm's way. The flipdown cover protects the countertop.
First evening at the beach house, I pulled out all the knives and shapened all the ones that had plain blades. (No, you can't sharpen serrated blades with this - I've never seen a home gizmo that will - but I haven't looked.)

SAFE!
THIS IS THE EASIEST SHARPENER I HAVE USED, BETTER THAN THE ELECTRIC ONES THAT EAT AWAY THE BLADE. IT IS ALSO SAFE: ON A SIMILAR SHARPENER WITH OUT THE PROTECTIVE SHIELD CUTS ARE FREQUENT AND DANGEROUS. THE ONLY NEGATIVE IS THAT THE CARBIDE BLADES GET DULL AFTER A WHILE.REPLACEMENT BLADES WOULD ENHANCE THE UTILTY.

Not the easiest thing to use
This sharpener comes with the ability to sharpen both knives and scissors (both left handed and right handed). It is lightweight and portable.

To operate the sharpener you must 1st flip down the guard (see picture above). This guard does not lock but there is a notch that it falls into once opened. Too much pressure and the guard will slip out of the notch and collapse the sharpener while in use. The sharpener is not free standing and requires a hand on it to keep it upright while sharpening. At best, this is somewhat ackward.

The angle at which to hold the knife while sharpening is a best guess. Although the sharpener's blade design is V-shaped(see picture above), which allows the knife to fit into the groove, there is still room for slippage while pulling the knife through which can scrape and scar the side of the knife.

8 HOOVER PLATINUM Q VACUUM BAGS FOR PLATINUM UPRIGHT VACUUMS

These are not Hoover Q Platinum vacuum bags: they are a generic substitute. You can feel the difference when you pull them out of their unmarked bag- flimsy and thin. If you buy the real bags you'll pay more but it appears worth it so far. Horribly disappointed.

Bait and switch. Product inside box doesn't fix description. Is not HEPA. It seems other recent buyers are having same issue while the '5 star' reviews are from buyers from last year.

NOT Hoover or hepa bags
BEWARE: As two other reviewers have recently mentioned, these are NOT Hoover bags and there is no hepa filter! They are simply plain white bags made to the same shape and size as the Hoover, but there is no label of any kind on the bag and no hepa filter. The picture on the page and the information given are deceptive. These will fit the vacuum, but they are a cheaper duplicate and not what is advertised.

Wonderful Heater. Read the instructions.
This heater works perfectly. Some of the other reviews on here mention specific negatives, and I suggest that those people read the fine manual. For example:

Comment: "The Thermometer is inaccurate by a few degrees in most."
Correct. If you read the instruction manual, it states that the heater will heat two degrees above the thermostat setting, then switching off. It will switch on again when the temperature falls one degree below the thermostat setting. This is actually how most thermostats work.

Comment: "The power cable is thinner than what other leading safe room heaters have."
I am not sure what this means. A power cable's gauge (thickness) will be proportional to the current (amperage) by which it is engineered to draw. The thickness of the copper wiring does not correspond to safety, and would only become a safety issue if the thickness of the wire were not rated for the current of which the appliance draws. I would hope to assume that the...

Exactly what I needed
Worked great all winter! Was used a supplementary heater in daughters room over finished garage. This could have heated the room all by itself. Looking forward to long durability thanks to the ceramic elements. If you like the look, features, and price.. buy it!

Cuisinart Crystal SCC-1000 Limited Edition Perfec Temp 14-Cup Programmable Coffeemaker made with Swarovski Elements, Black

A great cup of coffee- UPDATE
This is an excellent coffee maker. The only reason I gave it just four stars is that the reservoir for pouring in the water is in an awkward place and I usually end up pouring some of the water onto my counter. That's a small problem. I love the 1 to 4 cup option and the bold or regular choice. Another plus is how it looks sitting on my counter. I know the crystals don't make the coffee taste better but I love "bling" and who doesn't need a little bling in their life.

Well it was nice while it lasted. It makes great coffee but plastic parts, being plastic, did what plastic does best - it broke. While lifting the lid this morning, the same way I do every morning, one of the hinges broke leaving me with a wonky top that won't close properly. I still managed to get a pot of coffee out of it but its days are extremely limited. I'm in the process of looking for a new coffee maker online and it won't be one with this kind of top. I bought the one with rhinestones and don't know...

Save your money - Buy the Cuisinart DCC-2800 instead
Unless you are just a huge fan of the Swarovski Elements, save your money (about $100 or more) and purchase the Cuisinart DCC-2800. It's the same coffeemaker without the Swarovski Elements - which, to me, look like little faux crystals all along the front. Works great, but not worth the extra money for the "elements".

Wouldn't Buy Abain
Very tacky! Crystals don't show up very well in picture. Bought it because Consumer Reports rated it high. Makes okay coffee but getting water into it is very difficult. You have to push the lid so far back that the springs in the lid gave way after about two weeks and I had to take it apart to fix. Also not an easy job.

Replacement Filter Wick for Honeywell Portable Humidifiers - HC-14, 3-Pack

I purchased these filters in replacement of the Honeywell filter. The quality was good, therefore the value of these is also good.

OK, but not as good
These are OK quality but I can't get as much water through my humidifier as I can with the Honeywell filters. Ultimately that means lower humidity in the house. These aren't as sturdy as the Honeywell filters either. Both are overpriced.

To extend the life of the filters I flip them every day and pressure wash after a few weeks.

Replacement filter
Checked around at local hardware stores and on line , best price any where, a good quality filter replacement for my humidifier.

If you're too cheap or poor to properly heat your flat, putting one of these behind the chest of drawers, or in the closet on the North side of the house will cut down the condensation and thus the mold, at low cost, safely, and without human intervention. The black "Gun Saver" is a little cheaper (different materials) and a little less obvious than the marine grade GoldenRod models, and works just as well.

DeLonghi BCO320T Combination Espresso and Drip Coffee- Black

Terrible Product / Terrible Warranty
I bought this unit and just short of 60 days later the espresso maker piece started to leak steam during brewing. I emailed DeLonghi to find out how to get it replaced. After a week of no response, I called DeLonghi support and they said I had to mail it, at my own expense, to a repair center. My request to have a replacement, since it was only about 45 days old, was denied.

The repair center turned out to be pretty close, so, I drove over and dropped it off. A couple of weeks went by and I had not heard anything so I called. The response was "we have not gotten to it yet". Then a week after that I received a call saying the part to fix it was on back order from Italy. No ETA.

I am now looking for a replacement and needless to say we will not be buying a DeLonghi product for this or anything else.

Good Combination machine
Edit 29 Jul 2013: Well, lowered this to two stars. After a little over a year of almost daily use, the heating element went out on the drip side. The espresso side still works, but since it won't make drip coffee, not much sense in keeping it around. Yes, it's a middle of the road machine, but it should last more than 13 months (conveniently kicked the bucket after the warranty ran out). You can buy a $30 Mr Coffee machine that will work for years on end.

I got this because I like the occasional cappuccino. It does a decent job for a middle of the road product.

First the drip side. It's a little slower than other drip machines I've had for making the full 10 cups. The biggest drawback of the drip side is the design of the carafe spout. When filling the water reservoir you have to pour super slow or it overflows and drips water onto your counter. Same thing when you pour the first couple of cups of coffee. Best combination machine we've had.
We have had several Combination Espresso and coffee makers through the years. They don't usually last more than a couple years. So we don't spend a fortune on them. My husband makes Cappuccinos for us each Sunday morning. This by far is our favorite so if it ever goes, this one will be what we buy again. So user friendly with smart features. Love it.

Honeywell HFR-11 Pure HEPA Permanent Replacement Filter

Correct air cleaner model numbers listed here
The "Features:" and "Product Discription" do not list the correct Honeywell air cleaner model numbers that use this filter. Here is the "Replacement Filter Table" on the box of the HRF-11. The first number is the Air Purifier series followed by the # of filters required in parenthesis. The last, right number is for the HEPA filter model # it replaces:

10500 (2) 20500
10590 (1) 20590
17000 (2) 20500
50100 (1) 20590

As another reviewer has already noted, this is not really a 'permanent' filter because it must be replaced every 3-5 years under normal use, just like the non-permanent filter that originally came with the air cleaner.

I'm giving it 4 stars for two reasons: 1. Because I really do not find a difference in the way this works yet compared to the filter that came with my 17000; and 2. My machine requires two of these so the air actually goes through less HEPA material than the one-piece filter that came with the machine [casing...

Good replacement but semi-permanent only
I have 2 Honeywell 50100 air purifiers and bought 2 of these as replacement HEPA filter for the originals. The HRF-11 is the new "permanent" replacement filter and is a good choice.

However, I rated this 4-star only despite fitting nicely in the 50100. The product's statement of "permanent" is misleading, though you can clean the filter twice a year with a vacum cleaner, the manual still recommends that you replace the filter every 3 to 5 years under normal usage.

I think KAZ (who licenses the Honeywell brand from Honeywell) is simply asking to be sued for labeling a product like this. I'll use the words "extended life" if I were them to avoid law suits.

Other than that, its a great product and is cheaper than those throw-away type filters.

Genuine Honeywell - You'll need two for a model 17000
These are genuine Honeywell filters even though they are actually manufactured by a medical products company "Kaz USA" that pays a license to use the Honeywell brand name.

If you own a Honeywell Model 17000, you'll need two of these filters. Similar to other reviews, I don't like how I now have to install and stack two filters. It's also harder to wrap the activated carbon pre-filter snugly around two of these filters. Once installed the cover is lopsided so I can only hope there is an airtight seal. I question whether it will perform as well as the original single filter system.

Depending on the model, you need to use one filter, stack two filters, and/or use the foam gasket that is included.

Model 10590 (or HEPA filter 20590) uses one HRF-11 filter

Krustbuster, Multi Use, Crust Remover and Sealer

Easy, quick, and it WORKS!
I'm really not sure how this could be any easier to use. You literally just set the sandwich centered on the bottom half and fold. It doesn't take much pressure, and the excess bread crust literally just falls off. Sometimes when I open it after removing the crust, it will sort of 'stick' in the top, but it takes nearly no pressure at all and it falls right out with the edges perfectly sealed!

I've tried everything up to this point that I could find.
- Cookie cutters make cute shapes, but they're often too small and leave oozy edges
- Specially made sandwich cutters (in the shape of hearts, dolphins, dinosaurs, etc), again they're cute and they solve the size problem, but still ooze
- A gadget from a specialty kitchen-wares company that sells through homeshows, right idea but it never quite worked, round shape wasted too much and it never really sealed well

Enter the Krustbuster!
It's so simple to use that my children can do it. Lightweight...

Definitely worth the money...
My son refuses to eat the "standard" sandwich for lunch because he claims they are soggy and squished by the time lunch rolls around. I have been buying Smuckers Uncrustables but they are a bit pricey at around $2.50 per box of four. I purchased the Krustbuster in hopes of saving money. Aside from the shape, a square vs. a circle, the finished product is almost identical. I have only given four stars for two reasons. First, it is a bit messy making the sandwiches, due to the peanut butter and jelly crust remnants. Secondly, the bread doesn't always line up and I often have to re-press to remove all the crust. All in all, if you are making more than four sandwiches weekly, it is worth the money.

Great product!!!
I looked at this product after realizing the pampered chef version wasn't dishwasher safe. It is easy and safe enough for kids to use and wastes less bread, making a larger sandwich.

Whirlpool 2188664 Meat Pan for Refrigerator

poor quality drawer
We have owned this refrigerator for 6 years, previously replaced the vegetable drawer. The meat drawer cracked and broke, so we ordered this for a replacement. When it arrived, the box was intact, but the drawer had the corner broken off. I think the real problem is that the drawers are poorly made. They are thin cheap plastic. This is not a cheap refrigerator, so I don't understand why they put such a cheap drawer in the refrigerator.

I was happy to get this delivered so quickly... my husband had cracked the front of ours. I opened the big box and found the pan suspended by a piece of cut-out cardboard which fit snugly in the box. (No other type of padding.) I took it out, and to my dismay, the back corner of the pan was broken off and laying in the bottom of the box. It would be too bothersome to ship it back, wait for a refund, order another one, wait for it to be shipped, etc. etc., so I am keeping it and using it BROKEN, but for $44 it should have arrived intact. How about a little more quality control (and bubble wrap) in the shipping department??

Replacement Drawer
I had to replace the bottom drawer in my refrigerator as apparently someone closed the door too hard with the drawer open and cracked it all to pieces. The new drawer doesn't look identical but fits just fine and seems to be working appropriately. My only complaint is the outrageous prices to replace anything that breaks in a refrigerator. If you have to replace a couple of brackets it's cheaper just to buy a new one...

Compact Table Top Grinder -110volts 2 Ltrs

Does the job well
I bought this grinder to make nut butter. It is the same as similar other grinders being marketed as nut butter makers, with the exceptions that 1) this grinder is half the price, and 2) it should not be run for more than 2 hours because it can overheat/burn out. This is because the motor on this grinder is not as well-ventilated as the motor on the similar other nut butter grinders I mentioned above. As any nut butter maker knows, it can take 4 hours to grind nut butter to the right consistency. So this machine needs to be stopped every 2 hours and allowed to cool down for about 30 minutes or so, or stopped every 30 minutes to cool down for 15 minutes. That's no problem if I am home, but because of this issue I cannot leave the house or forget about the grinder for 4 hours while the nut butter is being made. In the end though, it grinds the nuts just as well as the other similar nut grinders, and shutting the machine off and on as I just described is a trade-off for the lower...

Working really good
I earlier bought Ultra table top 1.25l. But it was too noisy and it had a burning smell coming out. So i returned it and bought this one. This one is cheaper, less noisy, capacity is also more. I have used it for the past 1 month, (6 times). I did not find any problem. Really a good product

Best you can find in US
This one has been great in doing its job nicely, we had been using it once every week, so far it is good, it doesnt take much space, neither noisy like the biggies. Removable stone base make its easy to clean. Overall a good value for money.

The size is a lot smaller than I thought.
This 32-cup cooked rice cooker size looks like half a size or even smaller size than the 26-cup uncooked one. This is more like for home use. I didn't try it out. So, I can't comment on the quality. I'm buying a bigger one.

Great filter!
I've been using this filter (with my Hoover windtunnel) for over 10 years and it has never failed me! I will be buying another one soon so that I can wash the old one with water and soap and have an extra one while it is drying...I can't believe that the other poster gave this product a one star because of him NOT reading the instructions. Great way to save $$ on filter maintenance
For those of you that already have adequate water filtration systems, you can save the cost of replacing the GE water filter by purchasing and installing this filter by pass. Water filters need to be replaced periodically or have the potential of deteriorating the water quality and the one in your refrigerator is no exception. This bypass eliminates the filter and has a side benefit of substantially increasing water flow from the tap. Easy to install, less expensive than a new filter, and permanently eliminates the double filter maintenance cost when your refrigerator is connected to your water filtration system.

I didn't check the models well enough, but the seller swapped it out with no problem! Thanks! I have a reverse osmosis device in place before the water gets to the fridge, so this about doubled the speed the water comes out of the fridge now!

Great way to save money
My refrigerator has a light on the front panel to indicate that the filter needs to be replaced. My husband is unable to just ignore it resulting in us buying $50 (or more) filters several times a year. Our water comes from a community well that is monitored and tested monthly. Since we don't filter our drinking water I began to wonder why I cared if the water dispensed from my fridge was filtered. I had no idea that a bypass even existed.

Wasn't sure if my refrigerator was a model that this would fit but a bit of Google searching on appliance websites gave me the information that it was the right part. Could not be easier to install. Unscrew old filter, screw this in instead.

An unexpected plus is that I gained a tiny bit of shelf space since the filter hung down about 8" in the back corner.

If you have good water or if you incoming line to the fridge is already filtered I would highly recommend this easy way to save significant money.

Heck of a good deal for a quality product
Very well made filters, as good as or better then the high priced hoovers. I have used them before and they fit and do the job. I don't wash them, even though you can. They don't smell as good. If you have an air compressor, blow em out about twenty uses, then throw it away.

these are made of the same material as the expensive ones however I got the 4 pack for the same price as 1 in the big box stores! They come packaged all 4 in a bag rather than a box. I wasn't certain when I first received the product if they were actually compatible with my vacuum - they are much larger than the true Miele ones - but they work great. One difference I have noticed is that when you are removing the full bag, there is no covering over the hole so you have to be careful not to squeeze the bag or you'll get dust back out, but that's a minor problem for such a low price.

Fits as original equipment
Really a good alternative to the expensive Miele brand bags for my Miele sweeper. Fit was as good as original, Miele brand, bags unlike another brand I had tried.

Pro Stealth Vacuum from Great Vacs!
Dustin at Great Vacs is very knowledgeable and pleasant. I have tried several other vacuums from a Dyson, Electrolux, and Sears Kenmore Canisters, Hoover. Some have very nice features such as self propelled, high suction, but truly when we opened up the ProLux Stealth and turned it on ....WOW! All we can say is WOW! It is the best of them all and yet not as expensive as some of the others. It has a great attachment for upholstery...that truly cleans up hair and dust! Very very nice! I am truly thinking of purchasing another for our daughter! I will definitely buy from Great Vacs and thank you Dustin!!!

Almost forgot, It is super quiet, not loud at all!!!! Perfect!

Great Vac
I've had this vacuume a couple weeks. It works great! The only thing I don't like is the cloth bags. I don't want to touch or breathe in the dust and germs I've vacuumed up. I found disposable bags and bought them. I will still use the cloth bags, but I will be throwing them out when full.

Good Value vs. the Miele Units I Considered
I used my Eureka Poweline 10 Amp until the bitter end. I have progressive physical limitations and thought that a canister vacuum would be easier for me to use that another upright. I have thick carpets. I learned early in my research that a canister style unit for thick carpet was not going to come cheap. I was all but ready to save for a $1000 Miele Marin. At my local vac & sew I tried out several top tier upright units; each one proved too heavy & cumbersome for regular use. My choices were an ultra-lightweight, cheap (approx. $50) vacuum or a profoundly expensive canister. Family and friends admonished me for considering a junk purchase. I am glad they did. Their feedback prompted me to research online & find the ProLux Stealth.

The Stealth is a great middle ground. Yeah, I am dealing with a heavier unit than the Marin. Also, the Stealth casters seem to be a tad challenged by my thick pile carpeting. I saved a ton of cash--A TON. The craftsmanship of this...

FRESH STICKS-VANILLA

Works great, but not at $60 price!
The product is great, unlike most of these other fresh stick made by other companies, this one really does neutralizes the air.

My only complaint is if you want to freshen a larger area, you must buy more sticks, which seem to only come as a set with the vase.

I found them on TV and at a big box store for under $10, so be wary of overpaying!

Sharp R-530ES 2-Cubic-Foot 1200-Watt Microwave, Stainless Steel and Black

Lots of power, looks good stacked over the Jenn-Air Pro Style oven
This is my second Sharp microwave; we bought it to stack over the Jenn-Air Pro Style oven in our kitchen remodel. (I bought the built-in installation kit elsewhere.) Like my previous Sharp, this thing is *powerful*. It cuts the cooking time listed on the instructions for most microwave items by half or close to it. The defrost mode is excellent. Having a carousel makes cooking more even.

All in all, it would be hard to find a better microwave at anywhere near this price point or even significantly above it.

Still powerful, still looks great and cooks great. The door latch has developed a small issue that takes a little noodling around to resolve. As near as I can tell, what happens is that after a large number of door opening cycles, the hinges get either loose or slightly "sprung." At that point when you hit the door release it won't open because it's not as solidly...

Same failure of product twice; stay away
We bought this unit when we redid our kitchen in 2002. After a few years, the metal piece inside on the right side seemed to wear away and the oven caught fire. We replaced the unit with an identical unit bought on Amazon (no criticism of them). After about two years, the new unit had the exact same problem: the unit seemed to wear away in the same spot and caught fire. In both cases, there are smoke marks in the same spot, on the inside right near a metal panel.
I am of the opinion that this unit is not safe and seems to have a design or manufacturing defect. Also, the second unit we bought was noisier and seemed to have some sort of mechanical problem, based on the noise it made when in use. If i can find another unit to fit the built in space and trim kit, i will buy that over the Sharp unit. I will also be trying to contact Sharp to see if they have any response to this problem. I will report in if i do hear anything from them.

Completely unsatisfactory
This product was completely unsatisfactory. Base has sharp edges capable of doing significant damage to your hand. Heat distribution is poor and non stick surface does not work. A piece of crap made in China.

The Worst
I've never bought a more disappointing appliance for my kitchen. This takes literally forever to get up to maximum temperature, because it never did. The heat does not radiate to the edges of the pan, so pancakes- or anything a person might want to cook that isn't a single item that fits within a certain circle in the center of the pan- browned unevenly. Oil for pan frying never even reached 350 degrees. After adding food to the oil, the temperature never fully rebounded.

This is useless.

Enjoying the coffee and saving money too...
The Pros, 1. Dolce Gusto uses a 2 capsule process to make cappuccino (one for milk, another for the coffee) which is the only capsule machine I found that would do it (without adding a milk tank). 2., the results are quite good - equal to what I would pay for at a StarBucks or other store 3., it did not take long to tweak the timing and have the machine memorize my preferred settings., 4 it's quick, even using the two pod coffees or hot chocolate (the menu screen on the Creativa lets you memorize settings). The Cons, 1., I think the water tank could have been a little larger, 2., drinks are not quite as hot as I would prefer., 3., I need my 2X power reading glasses to read the menu. 4., the adjustable height cup platform is tweaky. Pricing on this model varies wildly, up to $60-$70 difference online, I never found this model in a retail store. I watched Amazon for a couple of months before finally buying when it went on sale. If you want one, be patient and watch for the best...

Love this coffe/cappucinno/latte/cocoa maker!!!
I bought this item as a 'Santa' present for myself and my husband for Christmas 2011, and we've used it almost every day since then! I love coffee drinks like Lattes and Macchiatos from a big brand name coffee shop, and the ones I can now make at home save me time and money, and the flavor is just as good, sometimes better! I especially like the vanilla latte and the caramel latte flavors, and my husband is a big fan of the american house blend coffee. My parents have a Tassimo at their house, and I have a Keurig at my work, and I find that I like the taste of the coffee drinks (lattes/macchiatos) from the Dolce Gusto much more. The Creativa is a very smart machine, offering to save our customized versions (my hubby likes extra coffee, sometimes I like extra milk in my coffee drinks), brews very quickly, and isn't nearly as noisy as the 1st generation Tassimo my parents have at their house! Love love love love love this machine!!!

Better than the other brands out there.
Great single serve coffee maker....makes great coffee..better than the Keurig single serve coffee makers as I own both brands..this is by far much better.

Swift Green Filters SGF-LA50-2 Refrigerator Water Filter, 2-Pack

Produced off taste
I decided to give the Swift Green Filter a try, since it is a little cheaper that the LG filter it replaces. It fit fine & worked great for a week or two, but then the water & ice cubes developed an off smell & taste. I had experienced this before with the LG filters, but not until they had been in use for five months or so, and was the prime indicator that it was time to change. The Swift filter reached this stage in less than a month. Live & learn, back to the originals. My biggest mistake was buying 3 without trying them first.

Poor performance
After carefully following the instructions and installing, my water dispenser in my refrigerator began to drip, eventually overflowing the drip tray and getting the floor wet. I replaced it with the manufacturer's filter (LG) and the dripping stopped. I get the feeling I'm not the first person to have this issue, as the FAQs talk about dripping water and say it's a water valve problem, not an issue with their filter. I disagree.

Cloudy water
I purchased this water filter rethinking it would replace the original one but unfortunately after installing it in my refrigerator and running about 4 gallons of water through it, the water was still cloudy and had a bad taste. I never had this issue before. I followed the instruction and even removed it and reinstalled but still cloudy bad tasting water.

Miele ZVac Style U Vacuum Bags (10 bags + 2 filters)

Solid Product!
The plastic attachment is well made and the fabric cloth is well made.

May be at most a smidge smaller(?) than the stock bags from Miele, but no biggie.

These are a great alernative without giving up too much, if anything, to the stock Miele bags.

No need to get the expensive Miele bags any more!

I'll edit this review in the coming year if the bags don't live up to spec.....

Great alternative
I had been hoping for a cheaper alternative. I've gone through 3 bags and I'm happy so far. I have 2 German Shepards so we vacuum a lot. These might actually seal better than the Miele brand.

These bags appear to be the same quality and very similar construction to the Miele bags, except there are ten of them for less than the cost of five (or was it four?) Miele bags. I'm sold -- and I'm sticking with these!

I was surprised that the two tools were of metal and not plastic. With this it was very easy to pull the belt onto the two pegs and slide the old brush out and the new one back in position. All done in a matter of a minute including locking back the outer case. This was a good product that was at the right price and easy to use.

General Electric WE12X10014 Drum Belt

Perfect part
OEM part numbers don't lie. It's exactly what we needed and is in 'fresh' condition. Meaning, it's a 25 year old dryer for heavens sake, how new can the replacement parts be? Well this one gave every appearance of being freshly made. We also replaced the front glide pads; GE WE25X60 Dryer Support & Drum Glide Kit. Good thing too, the left one was through the nylon glide surface and was into the felt under-pad. Rear bearing did not appear to be in need of replacement and was a lot harder to get to so we left it alone. Drum rotates a lot freer. Maybe we'll get another 10 years out of it. Planned obsolescence take a hike :)

Dryer belt
We recieved this in a timely manner and I am assuming it will work great once I can get my husband to put it on....Its laying on top of the dryer at this time.

Accu Sharp 010 Filet Knife Sharpener

It used to only be available inbait stores, this is the best sharpener available. I would buy them when I was back east, nice to be able to just order online.

The Best So Far
Bought this as I expect to actually catch some fish and have them for a meal. I understand from another review that you cannot buy this at the stores? It is what it is designed for, to sharpen your blades. Well, it does just that,"No brainer". I put it to use on my fillet knife and ended up with a razor edge. So proceeded to do about all my knives and the same results. Remember NOT to apply much pressure while drawing it across the blade. You will feel the cutting and just a light touch at the end will end the chore. Of course it's plastic but still nice quality and the safety strap will come in handy for those less challenged (who shouldn't play with sharp objects anyway) Still haven't tried it on a fish yet?

The easiest way to clean your George Foreman grill
This grill works great! I have had two and they usually last 4-5 years. The food is grilled perfectly and the fat is removed. When it comes to cleaning them though, that is a different story.

Follow these steps to learn how to effectively clean a George Foreman grill so you don't knock yourself out.

1. Unplug your George Foreman grill and while it is still hot put a wet paper towel in it and close it.

2. Eat your meal or wait about 30 minutes. Using oven mitts, wipe the grill down with the warm paper towel.

3. Purchase a George Foreman grill sponge set from Target or Bed, Bath and Beyond. Clean the grill gently with dish soap and warm water.

4. Use the plastic spatula that comes with the George Foreman grill to scrape off any hard-to-remove food. If you always clean it when it's still warm you shouldn't have any of this on your grill.

5. Dry your George Foreman grill with paper towels. Let it finish air drying before...

Good grill, easy to use and produces tasty food
This is my second GF grill. My first was a hand-me-down from a friend that I didn't use for six months b/c I thought the commercials were a bit silly and over-hyped. But once I actually tried the grill, I was a convert.

It is very easy to use and produces very tasty results. It grills chicken better than I could on an outdoor grill. I now use my grill 2-3 times a week or more, and now that I have the super-sized grill I even grill my vegetables on it. They taste great too.

Don't let the somewhat cheesy commercials (George is great, but just a bit goofy, I think.) or natural skepticism stop you from trying this grill. It is easy to use and produces very delicious food. Once you try it, you will buy it. I would buy another one if I needed it.

I am the OG owner of the first Foreman grill that small one that could barely fit two hamburgers. So fast-forward to 2012 and I decided to up the surface area. Works awesome. It is just like the small one that I have but huge. No fancy temp setting or removable grills just bigger. I also bought the sponges for this thing and they work great also.

The only thing I can complain about is that with any of the Foreman grills the power cord is very short and after owning it now for 10 months the non-stick surface starts to fade away but I use tin foil on the surface...makes for easy cleanup.

authentic product delivered quickly
I usually only change the 0.1 micron microfilter in my Sebo if I start to sneeze when vacuuming. When that happens, I know it's time. But I was changing the bag in my Sebo and noticed that the microfilter had turned completely black. Guess I hadn't changed it in 6 months or more.

Normally I would have to drive across town to buy this part, so I appreciated the ability to order it from Amazon. Got it today, and the part appears to be authentic: Made in Germany, German packaging and the filter itself is Sebo branded as well. It is also literally a snap to replace!

WHAT A DIFFERENCE!

Works as advertised; a bit clunky to use and guide; not a lot of viability to what you are drilling; I guess that is to be expected when drilling down a hole in the wall

Very Helpfull
I recently ran some wires in the wall for mounted flat panel TVs. This made handling the drill bit easier and gave me more control to drill straight down the wall without worrying about shooting out the side.

A must have if using long auger bits
If your using the long flexible auger bits to drill through multiple studs, or reaching in a wall or floor space, this tool is a must have to flex the bit. Just be careful your keeping your hole spacing within code limits.

New LifeSmart LS-1001HH13 1500 Sq Ft Infrared Quartz Electric Portable Heater

Does not heat as advertised
This heater does not heat an area anywhere near 1500 sq. ft. In an open kitchen, dining, living space that is not even 1000 sq. ft., this heater does not raise the temperature even a couple (two) degrees after running for an hour.

The 1500 sqft claim borders on being fraudulent
This review is for all three LifeSmart heaters I purchased, and tested, using both a thermometer and a Kill-A-Watt unit. The models purchased were the 800sqft model, the 1200sqft model, and the 1500sqft model. I am not even going to bother with the model numbers because 1) they all suck, 2) LifeSmart changes model numbers from year to year even though it is the same exact unit, and 3) ...see #1. (I know this because I found two identical units in the store yet one had a slightly different model number and was produced two years ago compared to the newer produced on. Identical design, identical specs, identical instructions, etc.)

None of these can get even close to heating the square footage they claim. NOT EVEN CLOSE! I would venture to guess that most of the people giving this or other LifeSmart heaters high reviews have no clue how small a space they are actually heating when they test this.

Folks, the math isn't that hard.
If your room is 10' x 10'...

True Induction Double Burner - Counter Inset Model

Fantastic unit
I bought this to replace a horrible glass cook top that frankly was utter crap. It took 20 minutes to get warm, then incinerated whatever was in the pan. I have used single counter top induction burners before and love them, so when installing a new kitchen this was a no brainer. I have set it into my counter top and it looks really great. It works just as you would expect, heats your stainless pan in seconds, reacts just like gas and, like gas, when you turn it off there is very little residual heat. As a single person having just 2 burners is plenty for me, but a family might want to get a 3 or 4 burner. BTW, it plugs into a regular 110 outlet. Brilliant.

Fast, awesome price, handicap accessiblity
Bought this for ease of cooking without fear of flame or burns from mobility issues from Muscular Dystrophy. Installed into a lower countertop with knee room underneath for drive up cooking. Install next to the stove/oven and now the husband and wife can cook together.

This cooktop boiled a quart of water faster then my microwave boiled a cup of water. Enough power to do all a normal household needs... and it holds food on warm... try doing that on another stove! Thank you True Induction... she's back to being able to say... get out of my kitchen again.

Beauty and function!!
This works great and drops in the counter like a dream, just cut the whole the correct size. I works perfectly, goes on and off almost like its magic, but remember you must use metal pots. This stove top has even heating wherever the pan touches the element and heats rapidly. We installed this unit into our RV/Fifth Wheel and it looks beautiful. Shipping was two days Prime and package was wrapped great. Would order again without reservations!

bi metal defrost
I bought this before i bought the electronic control because it was a lot cheaper. It was not the problem with the defrost so i bought the control and that fixed it.

Chef's Choice Gourmet Pizzelle Mix

Great tasting pizzelles
Being new to pizzelle making, I appreciated using this mix the first few times. They tasted great and were very crisp. Easy to make too.

Yummy!
My husband got the Pizzelle Mix for a new machine he also got on Amazon. He had memories of having pizzelles as a kid and wanted to taste that old taste again. He bought some anise to go in his pizzelles and voila! The taste from his memory was in our kitchen!! Now he can make pizzelles any time he wants to, and often does. I love watching his eyes light up as he makes the thin cookies from his past. Not many things can light up the eyes of a 65-year-old man these days but pizzelles sure do!

It's an over cord
Worked perfect and was cheaper than the same thing at Lowes. I put it on my oven and plugged it in. No complaints.

Great little baggies
Construction is good, and it's super handy to have these around when you need them, so the bulk option here is great. I own a computer repair shop, and the amount of little tiny parts can be staggering to try to keep organized, so these baggies are indispensable to me.

excellent filter
Item was actually better than the original manufacturer filter because it is a fine metal screen rather than the fabric one that came with it and eventually tore.

great customer service
Identical product compared to the mfg product. I was replacing the original b/c there was a quarter sized hole in the middle of the screen. Seneca Trading was the cheapest price I could find online (shipping included). I had to exchange the product once b/c there was a tear in the screen but they sent one right away and customer service was very prompt about responding to emails. I was going to give a rating of 4 stars but since exchanging and return was easy, I gave a 5 rating.
